Effective January 1, 2025, Community First Health Plans, Inc. and HHSC will conduct EVV usage reviews to ensure that Personal Care Services (PCS) and Home Health Care Services (HHCS) meet state-mandated EVV requirements.
This includes the potential for contract actions or enforcement measures for services provided on or after January 1, 2025. Program providers, financial management services agencies, and CDS employers who fail to meet EVV compliance standards, including home phone landline verification, may be subject to these actions.
